Mioso exists because property search had quietly become a numbers game. Portals competed on how many listings they could claim, and the person actually trying to find somewhere to live paid for it in wasted Saturdays.

What we do differently

Every agent on Mioso is verified before their first listing goes live, and every listing is reviewed before it appears in search. That means no duplicate entries across three agencies, no photographs of a different flat in the same block, and no prices that quietly stopped being real two months ago.

Who we work with

We work with independent agents and established agencies alike. What we ask of all of them is the same: accurate details, current photography, and a real person who answers enquiries.

Where we operate

We cover the major Dutch metropolitan areas, with the deepest coverage in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht. We would rather be genuinely useful in a handful of cities than thin everywhere.
