Does it cost anything to use Mioso?

No. Searching, saving favourites, setting up alerts and contacting agents are all free.

Why do I need an account to contact an agent?

It keeps enquiry volumes honest. Agents get far fewer junk enquiries, which means the real ones get answered faster.

How current are the listings?

Agents are prompted to confirm availability regularly, and listings that go stale are automatically expired rather than left to mislead you.

Can I search in plain English?

Yes, if the site owner has enabled the AI assistant. Type something like "three-bed apartment near the centre under €450,000" and it will translate that into filters for you.

For agents

How do I get listed?

Register an agent account. Depending on the site's settings, an administrator will review and approve it, usually within one working day.

How many properties can I list?

That depends on your plan. The Starter plan is free and includes three active listings.

What happens to my enquiries?

They arrive in your dashboard inbox and by email at the same time. You can track each one from new through to closed.
